from Somewhereinn NY on 4/1/2009Though the manufacturer had clearly and correctly labeled their product--despite the RitzCamera customer representative insistence that the manufacturer had mislabeled it--twice I received the wrong product. The distributer--that's RitzCamera--had been the ones who attached their own incorrect label to the manufacturer's correctly labeled product.
OK, they were pretty good about telling me to just keep it and they'd just credit my credit card, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted the correct merchandise. Which I haven't gotten. Oh well, I'll see if I can get it local. Make sure I actually see it before I buy it this time. I probably won't buy from Ritz again.
Anyone want a 3.5, 4 and 4.5mm Clay Core Extruder Adapters? I don't need them.
